Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 10 business days. Product must be returned in unopened condition for a full refund. Items listed as SALE items, will not be accepted for return. Any used or altered products will not be accepted for refund. The cost of shipping the returned item must be covered by the customer. Please contact hello@youipaper.com for more information prior to returning an item.

Shipping
We are currently only shipping to Canada and the United States. All canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post. Expected turnaround is 4-6 business days. All US orders are shipped via UPS, with expected turnaround of 7-10 business days.
